3 Steps for Incorporation of a Company in Singapore

Step 1: Apply & get your company’s name approved from ACRA
AZ Centre will check the availability of name in the BizFile+ portal.

How to choose a name?
Choose a name that will represent the direction or nature of your business
The proposed name should not violate copyrights or trademarks
If your application gets referred to the relevant authorities, the approval can take up to 2 months.

The approved company name is reserved for 60 days. AZ Centre can extend the period by another 60 days by applying to ACRA.

Step 2: Documents for Company Incorporation in Singapore
Appended below are the documents/information to be submitted to ACRA, when forming a company:
Approved Company name’s transaction number
Signed Constitution and consent to act as Director
Financial year end
Registered office address
Particulars of shareholders and directors and the relevant know-you-client documents
Particulars of share capital to be allotted to the subscribers

Step 3: Submit an application to ACRA
AZ Centre can assist to submit the incorporation application to ACRA via BizFile+ portal. Approval is usually within 1 working day.
If your application gets referred to the relevant authorities, the approval can take up to 2 months.
